About The Position

Clera is an AI talent agent that proactively recruits top talent for companies. They are seeking a B2C Marketing Working Student/Intern to contribute to the growth of their consumer-facing talent acquisition efforts. The intern will collaborate directly with the founding team to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent to the Clera platform. This role is ideal for individuals currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field at a US university, or recent graduates with a strong interest in B2C marketing and consumer growth. The candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced startup setting, possess an experimental mindset, and have excellent written English communication skills.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled at a US university (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) or a recent graduate.
  • Passion for B2C marketing and consumer growth.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Thinks in experiments and wants to see the impact of their work.
  • Strong written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Help build and execute campaigns to attract talent to sign up on Clera's platform.
  • Support paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and other B2C channels.
  • Analyze user acquisition funnels and suggest improvements.
  • Create engaging content for social media targeting job seekers and tech talent.
  • Help manage and grow Clera's social media presence across platforms.
  • Write blog posts, newsletters, and other content aimed at the US talent community.
  • Support community-building efforts to engage and retain talent on the platform.
  • Help organize virtual events, webinars, and AMAs for the talent community.
  • Gather and synthesize user feedback to improve the talent experience.
  • Track and report on key B2C metrics: signups, activation, engagement, referrals.
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, emails, and ad creatives.
  • Use data to identify what's working and double down on winning channels.
