About The Position

This is where you come in as our B2B Sales Manager. The B2B Sales Manager will lead and develop a small but high-impact team of two sellers, while also directly contributing to revenue through hands-on selling. This role is responsible for driving growth across corporate gifting, bulk orders, and strategic partnerships by combining strong individual execution with team leadership, pipeline management, and process optimization. This is an ideal role for a player-coach who thrives on closing deals, building scalable outbound strategies, and coaching others to exceed targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing or mentoring sales talent, ideally in a small team environment
  • Strong “player-coach” mentality – equally comfortable closing deals and leading others
  • Hunter mindset with a passion for outbound prospecting and new business development
  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, account-based selling, and relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and operational discipline
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to improve systems and processes
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo (or similar tools)
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or corporate sales
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full sales cycle

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against the B2B revenue plan
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of two B2B sellers, setting clear goals and accountability standards aligned to overall revenue plan
  • Set and track activity targets (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline growth) through Salesforce
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing ongoing feedback and support to drive results
  • Foster a high-performance, sales-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
  • Personally own and close key deals, contributing directly to revenue targets
  • Oversee the full sales cycle across the team, from prospecting through closing and repeat business
  • Support sellers in closing complex or high-value opportunities
  • Identify and execute outbound prospecting opportunities across corporate and enterprise accounts
  • Build and refine scalable outbound strategies using tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo
  • Ensure consistent top-of-funnel activity and healthy pipeline coverage across the team, identifying gaps to ensure consistent revenue delivery
  • Step in as needed to drive high-impact prospecting efforts (cold calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to drive new business and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of B2B orders
  • Partner with Marketing to align on lead generation, campaigns, and messaging strategy
  • Build strong internal relationships to support execution, logistics, and customer experience
  • Report regularly to department leadership and ELT on pipeline health, activity metrics, and lead flow
  • Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Ensure accurate forecasting and visibility into business performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through consultative selling and exceptional service
  • Drive contract renewals, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
  • Identify upsell opportunities to maximize account value
  • Partner with Product & Operations teams to inform B2B specific products, packaging and customer experience
