The B2B Sales Manager will lead and develop a small but high-impact team of two sellers, while also directly contributing to revenue through hands-on selling. This role is responsible for driving growth across corporate gifting, bulk orders, and strategic partnerships by combining strong individual execution with team leadership, pipeline management, and process optimization. This is an ideal role for a player-coach who thrives on closing deals, building scalable outbound strategies, and coaching others to exceed targets.
