About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of Colorado is looking for a tenacious, polished, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships with decision-makers, and closing new business. You'll have the support, tools, and resources to build a successful territory while being rewarded for the business you bring in. Your earning potential is directly tied to your performance. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of sales success, preferably with 2+ full years of documented quota achievement
• Strong prospecting and new-business development skills
• Experience selling directly to business owners, executives, or other decision-makers
• Experience closing short-cycle B2B sales preferred
• Highly motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a defined sales process
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A can-do attitude and hunger to win

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales training such as Sandler, Dale Carnegie, President's Club, or similar is a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect aggressively and consistently to develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with CEOs, business owners, facility managers, property managers, and other key decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within your assigned territory
• Conduct professional presentations and meetings with prospective clients
• Identify client needs and position City Wide's facility solutions as the right fit
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals
• Accurately manage sales activity and pipeline information within the CRM
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a successful client experience
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
