B2B Sales Account Executive
About The Position
We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Sales Account Executive to join our Des Moines, IA and Kansas City, KS teams. Requirements
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (office technology, print solutions, or related industry preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities
- Drive New Business – Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with businesses across the Des Moines metro area.
- Sell Canon MFP Solutions – Present, demonstrate, and sell Canon multifunction printers and related document solutions tailored to client needs.
- Consultative Sales Approach – Understand customer workflows, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage the Sales Cycle – From cold call to close, manage every step to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with Team – Work closely with sales support, service, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and Exceed Targets – Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
