About The Position

Loyal Facility Services (recently known as Loyal Hygiene) is a 50+ year-old company based in Manassas, VA, providing effective, affordable services for commercial, institutional, and other facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident sales starter who thoroughly enjoys prospecting and closing. This is not an order-taking position. We are searching for a true, experienced hunter with drive and professional presence, and looking to work for an established company known for quality and outstanding service. Each day begins and ends at our Manassas base.

Requirements

  • Proven success in outside B2B sales.
  • Strong prospecting and closing ability.
  • Self-motivated with high energy and urgency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable meeting decision-makers and business owners.
  • Ability to work independently and manage territory effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet apps, etc.), quick learner
  • Thoroughly familiar with the Northern Virginia-DC metro area
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass background screening and reference checks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Equivalent professional sales experience will be strongly considered.
  • Continuing sales training or professional development is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new B2B accounts.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Conduct in-person customer meetings and presentations.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare proposals and close new business.
  • Maintain organized pipeline activity.
  • Build strong long-term customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
