This position focuses more on B2B inventory operations and coordination rather than hands-on warehouse/inventory execution alone. Monitor daily inventory levels, product availability, stock movement, and inventory accuracy for B2B operations. Manage inventory allocation based on customer orders, sales priorities, product availability, and business requirements. Track incoming shipments, purchase orders, backorders, reserved inventory, and pending allocations. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory adjustments. Work with sales and operations teams to support demand planning, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment. Prepare and maintain inventory reports, including stock status, aging inventory, slow-moving items, out-of-stock items, and inventory discrepancies. Investigate and resolve inventory variances, shortages, damages, mis-shipments, and system discrepancies. Support inventory cycle counts, physical inventory, reconciliation, and adjustment processes. Maintain accurate inventory data in ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. Communicate inventory status, risks, and availability updates to internal teams and management. Assist in developing inventory control procedures and improving inventory management processes. Support product launch, discontinuation, promotion, and seasonal inventory planning. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and inventory management procedures.
