We are seeking a hands-on, execution-focused B2B Email Marketing Specialist to drive lead generation and customer growth through targeted, data-driven campaigns. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of email campaigns, from concept through execution, performance tracking, and optimization. The specialist will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, working independently while partnering closely with Sales to drive measurable pipeline impact. This is a 'doer' role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent execution in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable learning a new industry quickly and translating products, capabilities, and value propositions into effective campaign messaging.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience
  • Proven ability to independently execute and manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) (required)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and act on campaign performance
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B environments
  • Exposure to segmentation, lead scoring, or marketing automation tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and campaign tracking/reporting
  • Experience supporting upsell/cross-sell campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute end-to-end email campaigns, including writing, building, launching, and optimizing
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality, and performance standards are met
  • Execute targeted campaigns to support lead generation, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, hit rate) and make real-time adjustments
  • Build and maintain segmented lists and targeted messaging based on customer data and buyer profiles
  • Partner closely with Sales to ensure strong lead handoff and follow-up alignment
  • Maintain and optimize email workflows and nurture campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Ensure all campaigns are accurate, properly formatted, and aligned to brand and messaging standards
  • Identify opportunities within the existing customer base to increase engagement and wallet share
  • Continuously improve campaign execution through testing and iteration
