About The Position

This is a hybrid role based on-site 3 days a week in our Charlotte, NC office with 2 days per week work-from-home flexibility. Our Americas headquarters in Charlotte, NC is looking for a dynamic self-starter who is passionate about online retail, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing business, to join our B2B eCommerce team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 2+ years of Amazon platform experience required
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon Vendor Central Platform (must have)
  • High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving ability and a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities with appropriate level of communication and impeccable follow through
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Ability to adapt to and navigate changes in retailers’ policies, algorithms and tools
  • MS Office proficiency – especially Outlook and Excel (lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Ability to adapt, pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, and ever-changing business environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Walmart.com Supplier/Seller Center, Target.com, Rithum, Commerce Hub (or similar platform) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key steward of product data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of item setup across global online retailer marketplaces
  • Review and validate product information, attributes, product hierarchies, variation structures, and backend catalog data to support optimal product discoverability and performance
  • Conduct regular audits of catalog information to ensure compliance with retailer requirements and internal data standards
  • Identify data quality gaps that may negatively impact search visibility, buyability, reporting accuracy, or CX
  • Responsible for end-to-end product compliance management to ensure product lab tests and Child Product Certificates are created, submitted, and verified per account requirements to maintain active listings in a timely manner
  • Own Andon cord process to ensure product buyability
  • Own new item setups across online retailer platforms
  • Partner with the Digital Shelf Merchandising team to ensure PDPs are fully optimized to guarantee a positive customer experience
  • Monitor newly launched products to ensure successful activation, visibility, buyability, inventory availability, and merchandising execution
  • Track post-launch performance metrics including traffic, conversion, sales, inventory position, Buy Box status, and listing quality indicators
  • Evaluate launch readiness and identify operational or catalog-related issues that may limit performance
  • Partner with the National Account Manager to develop action plans for underperforming launches and growth opportunities
  • Provide ongoing reporting and recommendations to maximize product performance throughout the product lifecycle
  • Lead and support retail readiness and catalog optimization in partnership with our Digital Shelf Merchandising team and Ad Agency partner
  • Drive catalog and merchandising improvements to optimize CX and advertising strategies
  • Update brand store merchandising to correspond with key retail seasons, new product launches and/or key retailer marketing events
  • Analyze Amazon performance KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion, availability, and share of search, translating insights into actions in preparation for the next key season
  • Work closely with NAM on executing operational tasks and ad-hoc projects for B2B accounts to identify and seize revenue opportunities
  • Implement e-commerce best practices and be a team ambassador, demonstrating an enthusiasm to educate cross-functional partners across the organization on B2B e-commerce
