About The Position

As part of the Americas Business to Business (B2B) team, the B2B Coordinator position is responsible for supporting and maintaining Business-to-Business e-commerce websites for brand Sales Teams and Dealers. This involves a range of tasks including the seasonal coordination and communication of product setup, such as assortments, pricing, sales programs, and assets, in collaboration with regional and global brand teams to ensure successful catalog launches. The role also entails managing seasonal data loads across various multi-brand wholesale B2B sites, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and troubleshooting using tools like Excel and SAP. Additionally, the coordinator will manage and update seasonal catalogs for the AMER region, incorporating ongoing enhancements and handling ad hoc, non-seasonal catalog requests, and will create, manage, and maintain season-related Excel files within SharePoint and FTP environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years related experience or equivalent in a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Planning, Forecasting, Sales Ops, Customer Service, e-Commerce (B2B) for Apparel or Footwear Manufacturer or Retailer.
  • Minimum 1 year experience (70%+ of position) with Excel in a data audit, or analysis function.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail with an ability to quickly analyze large quantities of data.
  • Advanced computer skills to include very high proficiency in Excel.
  • Must possess a track record of meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Seasonally coordinate and communicate product setup – including assortments, pricing, sales programs and assets – with regional and global brand teams to ensure successful catalog launches.
  • Manage seasonal data loads across multi-brand wholesale B2B sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and troubleshooting via Excel (including macro-enabled files) and SAP.
  • Manage and update seasonal catalogs across the AMER region, including ongoing enhancements and ad hoc, non-seasonal catalog requests.
  • Create, manage, and maintain season-related Excel files in SharePoint & FTP environments.
