About The Position

Key Media is a fast‑growing global B2B media company. We’re looking for a switched‑on, commercially savvy Accounts Receivable professional ( not a back‑office processor) to own a portfolio of international clients. This is a 100% remote role, reporting into our Australian finance team and working directly with global finance teams . You will: Own end‑to‑end AR for a set of global B2B accounts Talk directly to overseas finance teams to resolve issues and get cash in Untangle messy accounts, disputes and odd reconciliations (and fix them) Spot patterns, recommend actions, and help sharpen how we do AR No scripts. No ticket factory. Just real ownership and real conversations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years solid international AR/Credit Control in a corporate or B2B environment
  • Hands‑on experience dealing directly with international clients/finance teams
  • Excellent English – confident, clear, and professional on the phone and in writing
  • Proven lateral thinking and problem‑solving in AR
  • Strong AR fundamentals + intermediate Excel and a mainstream ERP
  • Self‑starter, organised, comfortable working fully remote

Responsibilities

  • Manage full AR cycle: allocations, reconciliations, collections
  • Call and email international clients to resolve overdue and complex items
  • Investigate short‑pays, disputes, PO/tax/currency issues and drive resolution
  • Prepare ageing and exception reports, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Partner with sales/events to align contracts, billing and client expectations
