We are seeking a B2B Account Manager who is responsive, organized, and motivated by winning business. This role is responsible for quickly responding to quote requests, managing customer follow-up in Freshsales, conducting regular account reviews with active customers, and reactivating dormant accounts. HC Brands generates a regular stream of inbound quote requests and leads through our websites. This role is responsible for responding quickly, converting those opportunities into orders, and pairing that inbound activity with proactive account review and reactivation work. This is a hands-on sales and account management role. Success in this position comes from moving quickly, communicating clearly, following through, and building trust with customers while identifying opportunities to grow revenue.

Nice To Haves

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales, account management, customer relationship management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Experience with B2B sales, quoting, or ecommerce is preferred
  • Experience using a CRM; Freshsales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly to quote requests and work to win deals
  • Conduct 2–3 account reviews per week with existing customers
  • Reactivate dormant accounts
  • Manage activity in Freshsales
  • Identify practical growth opportunities
  • Work across teams to support the customer
