About The Position

LPD Music International is looking for a driven and passionate mid-level B2B Account Manager / Inside Sales Rep to grow an established territory while developing new business opportunities. If you are competitive, driven, have a love for music and excel at building long-term business relationships, this is your chance to earn an excellent income in an exciting industry. This role involves B2B Relationship Management where you will act as a trusted inventory partner to music retail accounts. It is professional inside sales, with all business conducted via phone and email outreach. This is NOT telemarketing; there are no rigid scripts or consumer robocalls. You will be building legitimate, recurring business partnerships.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or account management experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
• High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of or passion for musical instruments, pro audio, or music products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow an established nationwide account base of B2B retail music store accounts
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new business and retain existing clients
• Manage approximately 40–50 quality customer contacts per day via phone and email
• Identify dealer inventory needs and recommend instruments/accessories that help grow their retail revenue
• Research prospects to promote LPD Music's product catalog and to current customers, and maintain accurate customer activity records in our CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Process orders and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner
