About The Position

RateHawk, part of Emerging Travel Group alongside ZenHotels and Roundtrip, operates across more than 220 markets. The company’s mission is to create, distribute, and operate convenient travel products. RateHawk is seeking a B2A Intern to join its Commercial Team. This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in Istanbul, with fixed working hours from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday.

The intern will support business partners such as travel agencies through re-engagement, onboarding, and ongoing assistance. The role also involves monitoring partner activity and business metrics, researching the market and competitors, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing materials to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Basic analytical abilities and an interest in making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn new digital tools and technologies.
• Interest in B2B business models, online platforms, and digital transformation.
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in re-engaging, onboarding, and supporting existing business partners, including travel agencies.
• Monitor partner activity on the platform and analyze key business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Support partner-related requests and help improve the overall partner experience.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal team members to support platform development and business growth.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
