About The Position

We are seeking a B2 Licensed Avionics Engineer to join our client’s organization in Switzerland. This is a fully employed, fully onsite position where you will serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities. You will oversee the completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions. Accurate documentation of all maintenance activities and compliance with regulations are crucial. You will also coordinate with various internal departments and support aircraft recovery operations and AOG events.

Requirements

• 5+ years of practical experience in base maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft
• Holder of European EASA Part‑66 Cat. B2
• 2+ years experience as Certifying Staff on type aircraft
• Working knowledge of 145 MRO and PO part 21
• Fluent in English
• Active EASA License

Responsibilities

• Serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities within the client’s organization
• Oversee the completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including the review and execution of related operational work orders
• Provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions to resolve aircraft issues
• Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and technical documentation
• Coordinate with internal component repair, engineering, and airworthiness departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance matters
• Support aircraft recovery operations and assist customers during AOG events when required
