About The Position

The B2 Licensed Avionics Engineer will serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities within the client’s organization. This role involves overseeing the completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, providing technical guidance, diagnosing faults, and carrying out corrective actions. The engineer will be responsible for accurate documentation of all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and technical documentation. This position also requires coordination with internal departments and support during aircraft recovery and AOG events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of practical experience in base maintenance on fixed-wing aircraft
  • Holder of European EASA Part‑66 Cat. B2
  • 2+ years experience as Certifying Staff on type aircraft
  • Working knowledge of 145 MRO. PO part 21
  • Fluent in English
  • EASA License

Responsibilities

  • Serve as certifying staff for maintenance activities within the client’s organization
  • Oversee the completion of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, including the review and execution of related operational work orders
  • Provide technical guidance, diagnose faults, and carry out corrective actions to resolve aircraft issues
  • Document all maintenance activities accurately and ensure full compliance with applicable regulations and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with internal component repair, engineering, and airworthiness departments to ensure timely resolution of maintenance matters
  • Support aircraft recovery operations and assist customers during AOG events when required
