About The Position
Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking a B-Level Automotive Service Technician for their new 26,000 sq. ft. Commercial Vehicle Center. This role involves performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment utilizing the latest technology and diagnostic tools to deliver high-quality automotive service.
Requirements
- Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze complex automotive problems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
- Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
