As an B-Level Technician, you will perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle safety. You will work in a fast-paced environment utilizing the latest technology and diagnostic tools to deliver high-quality automotive service.

Requirements

Certified B-Level Automotive Service Technician with experience working on Ford vehicles preferred.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze complex automotive problems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on vehicles in accordance with Germain Ford of Beavercreek’s standards.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify automotive issues and complete repairs efficiently.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment while complying with company policies and safety regulations.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about vehicle needs and service progress.
Keep accurate service records and ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications.
