About The Position
PM Lube, LLC, a franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC), is seeking a B-Level Automotive Repair Technician. Our mission is to “Change Lives through Service,” and this role is crucial in fulfilling that mission. The technician will be responsible for effectively and efficiently diagnosing client vehicles, performing automotive repairs, maintenance services, and tire installations and repairs, all while adhering to company standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- 3+ years Automotive Repair Experience in Steering & Suspension, Brake Service, light Electrical diagnostic & repair, Alignment Services, Cooling & Heating System, Air Conditioning
- Tire Experience
- Ability to obtain ASE certifications within 12 months (or dealer equivalent)
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities
- Effectively & efficiently diagnosing client vehicles while adhering to MAP guidelines & in accordance with dealer, manufacturer & company standards
- Conducts vehicle inspections using paper and digital forms
- Perform automotive repairs
- Perform scheduled automotive maintenance services on vehicles
- Perform tire installations and repairs
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory
- Shop cleanliness & maintenance
