This role involves configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Windows 10 & Windows 11 environments, developing and executing PowerShell scripts for automation and administration, deploying and managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, and utilizing Nerdio Manager for Enterprise for AVD automation and optimization. The engineer will also work with Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and VM provisioning, manage user profiles using FSLogix profile containers, perform advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning, collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution, apply ITIL principles in service delivery and incident management, manage tickets and workflows in ServiceNow, and support project planning and execution activities.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS administration.
• Experience with Nerdio, FSLogix, and ARM templates.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to project and vendor management.
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
