About The Position

The Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting, managing, and optimizing our Azure-based infrastructure, while working closely with team members across various departments.

Requirements

5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure management.
Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, and security within Azure environments.
Skilled with scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
Familiarity with hybrid environments (on-premises + Azure) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a changing environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong team-oriented mindset.
Clear, confident communication and a positive, proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-303/304).
Experience working independently with small teams and shared responsibilities.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration and administration.

Responsibilities

Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services (e.g., virtual machines, storage, networking, Entra and on prem AD, backups).
Monitor system performance and availability, ensuring high levels of uptime and security.
Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-based and hybrid solutions.
Maintain documentation and system records.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Adapt to shifting priorities, changing deadlines, and emerging business needs.
Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Azure-related issues.
Participate in planning and executing system upgrades and changes.
