We are seeking an experienced Azure Go-to-Market (GTM) Principal Solution Architect to lead Azure cloud growth initiatives, drive strategic client engagements, and develop market-leading Azure offerings. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sales teams, and Microsoft stakeholders while shaping solution strategies, building differentiated offerings, and leading complex cloud transformation opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, cloud modernization, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise architecture, coupled with strong presales, business development, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Overall experience of 15+ years with 10+ years in enterprise IT solution architecture.
• 6+ years focused on Microsoft Azure.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Strong fluency in core architectural patterns and enterprise cloud transformations.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills to engage C-level executives and solution architects/developers.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation with account executives and Microsoft alliance team.
• Expert-level understanding of Microsoft partner incentives, marketplace publishing, and enterprise discount programs.
• Deep knowledge of delivery models, including onshore/offshore resource optimization and managed service transitions.
