About The Position

Our client is currently modernizing its enterprise data and application infrastructure. As part of this initiative, the organization is seeking an Azure Power Apps Engineer to serve as the bridge between its business-facing applications and the modern data platform being built on Microsoft Fabric. This is not a form-building role. They need someone who understands both sides of the applications they're building — the user-facing experience and the data environment underneath it. You will design and develop Power Apps solutions that connect meaningfully to the data platform, enabling business users to access, interact with, and act on data in ways that drive real operational value. You will work closely with the Modern Data Platform team, integration engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure the applications you build are performant, scalable, and aligned to the broader data and AI strategy.

Requirements

Production experience with Power Apps, not just form building.
Experience building applications that connect meaningfully to a data platform or enterprise system.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
Sufficient depth in Python and SQL to work with data consumed by applications.
Experience building Power Apps solutions that connect to enterprise data platforms.
Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into application solutions.
Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the data platform is actively evolving.
Strong understanding of data flows between applications and backend systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
