About The Position

Nebius is building a high-performance AI cloud platform, and we are looking for an Azure Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable, and production-grade Azure environments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring platform reliability, governance, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure in production environments.
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred) / Bicep / ARM
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar).
Solid understanding of: Azure Networking (VNet, Peering, NSG, Private Endpoints, Load Balancers, Application Gateway) Compute services (VMs, VMSS, AKS) Storage and PaaS services
Experience with Azure RBAC, Managed Identities, and Microsoft Entra ID.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights
Experience implementing high availability and disaster recovery strategies.
Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
Good understanding of cloud governance, policies, and cost management.
Intermediate or higher English.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AKS in production.
Knowledge of Kubernetes and container networking.
Azure certifications (AZ-104, AZ-305, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

Design and manage Azure subscriptions and landing zones.
Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments.
Implement secure networking and access control models.
Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Monitor infrastructure health and optimize costs.
Enforce Azure Policies and governance standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to support cloud-native workloads.
Maintain documentation and architectural standards.
