About The Position

C&F is a technology services company providing innovative solutions in Data Management, Big Data, Advanced Analytics and Compliance. With a highly integrated team of 400+ experts, for over 20 years C&F has been delivering superior engineering and premium operations to Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the Life Science industry. You will be responsible for leading and supporting implementation teams by offering technical expertise in analytics and data processing to align architecture with business needs. You will also oversee Azure Platform Engineering including but not limited to: building Azure Infrastructure using Terraform, building Azure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Github Actions, migrating applications (code & data), and implementing new coding standards. Additionally, you will build relationships with clients, lead small to medium migration efforts, and advise clients and propose improvements through direct contact with strategic stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum 8+ years of experience in the Azure / Cloud area
Knowledge of Infrastructure as a Code principles (Terraform preferred, but Azure ARM or Bicep is fine)
Good understanding of Azure as a platform
Azure DevOps/Github at least intermediate level
Previous experience in Data&Analytics area
Hands-on knowledge of the following data services and technologies in Azure: Databricks, Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL
Experience in leading projects for international clients
Proactive approach and goal-oriented, problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and openness to new challenges
Proven experience serving as a trusted advisor to clients, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
Ability to assess customer requirements and recommend customized solutions that align with their strategic goals
Very good knowledge of English with the ability to speak but also explain and simplify technical topics for the business

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting implementation teams by offering technical expertise in analytics and data processing to align architecture with business needs
Overseeing Azure Platform Engineering including but not limited to: building Azure Infrastructure using Terraform, building Azure CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/Github Actions, migrating applications (code & data), implementing new coding standards
Building relationship with the clients
Leading small to medium migration efforts
Advising clients and proposing improvements (direct contact with strategic stakeholders)
