About The Position

This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale Java batch and Spring Boot applications on Microsoft Azure. The developer will be responsible for data modeling, data mapping, and driving data modeling and performance optimization using SQL Server DB. Cloud security implementation using Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and secure configuration management is crucial. The role also includes enabling monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor. Collaboration with business stakeholders and external teams, conducting technical demos, and design reviews are key responsibilities. Experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices, as well as familiarity with GitHub Copilot / Azure Copilot, are beneficial. Domain knowledge in banking, credit cards, and lending systems is also desired.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of solid experience.
  • Experience in data modelling and data mapping.
  • Experience designing and governing REST API specifications, enforcing best practices for security, scalability, and versioning.
  • Experience driving data modeling and performance optimization using SQL Server DB.
  • Experience implementing cloud security using Azure Key Vault, RBAC, and secure configuration management.
  • Experience enabling monitoring, logging, and observability using Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and external teams.
  • Experience conducting technical demos and design reviews.
