Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience spanning at least two IT disciplines such as cloud architecture, application development, network management, or database management, with strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
  • Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools and languages such as Terraform, ARM templates, or PowerShell, combined with solid knowledge of CI/CD pipeline setup and DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, including SSO, ADFS, OAuth, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP, SSL/HTTPS, and web application security best practices.
  • Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, coupled with strong client-facing consultative skills and the ability to communicate technical recommendations clearly and confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Designing, implementing, and managing scalable and reliable cloud solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, leveraging a broad range of Azure services including virtual machines, app services, databases, storage, Key Vault, Data Factory, and more.
  • Leading the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, automating build, test, and deployment processes for cloud-native and hybrid applications.
  • Defining and managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and ARM templates, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and scalability across deployments.
  • Setting up and maintaining logging and monitoring solutions using Log Analytics, Application Insights, and Azure Monitor to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define architecture designs, and deliver technical solutions that align with business objectives, while providing mentorship and technical guidance to peers.
