About The Position

We are urgently looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer for a direct client requirement. This is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6 to 12+ months, located in Sunnyvale, CA. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Azure, with Azure migration experience being a significant plus. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and alerting systems is a must. Key requirements include Docker, Kubernetes, and environment creation using scripts or Java/Ruby. The resource should have at least 2 years of experience with cloud technologies, be Azure Certified or hold a Linux OS certification, and possess in-depth knowledge of Azure architecture. Hands-on experience with CI/CD toolsets like GitHub, Jenkins, Puppet, and Docker is essential, along with extensive knowledge of CI/CD pipeline creation and containerization. Experience deploying the Kubernetes ecosystem into Azure Container Service and automation experience using Python/Ruby/Go (any scripting) are also required.
