This employee provides application development/integration services to the Department of Technology, Management and Budget and the Michigan Department of Civil Rights. They will be responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications. Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM). These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment. This position is responsible for providing a technical support lead for COTS (Custom Off the Shelf) packages implemented for the Management Division of the department. This role performs as the system architect that will perform and lead the team with CRM project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of complex client server and web-based applications using MS Dynamics. This employee may maintain and support applications that are using the following: MS Dynamics (365), PowerApps, Portal, API's, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications, Visual Basic Scripting, C#, ASP.NET , VB.NET , SQL, Java, Java Scripting, XML, HTML, Web Services, AJAX, jQuery and Azure Dev/OPS.
