About The Position
We are seeking a skilled Azure Data Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data engineering, specifically within the Azure cloud environment. You will be responsible for implementing solutions using a variety of Azure services and possess strong SQL and Python skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Engineer with experience in Azure cloud.
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure cloud services
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure Data Factory
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure Lake Gen 2
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure Databases
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure Data Fabric
- Experience implementing solutions using API Gateway management
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure Functions
- Well versed with Azure Databricks
- Strong SQL skills with RDMS or noSQL databases
- Experience with developing API's using FastAPI or similar frameworks in Python
- Familiarity with the DevOps lifecycle (git, Jenkins, etc.), CI/CD processes
- Good understanding of ETL/ELT processes
Nice To Haves
- Experience in financial services industry, financial instruments, asset classes and market data are a plus.
