About The Position

This position is accountable for the following KPIs Values: Excellence, Hard work, Stewardship, Difference, and Community. The basic job duties for this position include being knowledgeable on property safety and layouts, tunnel equipment, and what not to wash. The role involves greeting guests, safely guiding and loading vehicles, preparing vehicles for the wash process, performing safety inspections, making key adjustments to car wash equipment, and handling tunnel incidents effectively and safely. Responsibilities also include performing vacuum service, participating in nightly close down checklists, engaging with guests using the 4 Steps of Service, informing guests about Memberships, presenting the company's 'Difference', training new Team Members, and aiding in member visit success rate. The role requires knowledge of License Plate Recognition/RFID sticker reads, communicating key vehicle information, and observing the vacuum area for guest satisfaction. Additionally, the Team Member must be knowledgeable on membership management and fluent in the LEAP Conflict Resolution process. They are responsible for completing daily shift reports, maintaining a clean facility, learning how to safely open and close the car wash, safely using ladders, and understanding backroom safety and equipment knowledge. Adherence to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and codes of conduct is required. This includes following Champion safety procedures to avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals. The role involves assisting in cleaning the facility, including equipment, walls, trenches, vacuums, trash cans, and the lot. The Team Member must be willing to work in all weather conditions and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. They will be on their feet 100% of the day and outside. Attendance at all mandatory training sessions, team meetings, and cleaning sessions is required. This position is eligible for cash and digital tips. All other duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

Greet guest as they approach the car wash tunnel
Safely guide and load each vehicle per size
Use bug prep gun to properly prepare vehicles for wash process
Remove mud in wheel wells when appropriate
Perform safety inspection of vehicles before wash
Make key adjustments to car wash equipment
Handle tunnel incidents effectively and safely
Responsible for vacuum service process
Participate in the nightly close down checklist
Engage with each guest using the 4 Steps of Service
Informs all retail guests about Memberships
Able to present our Difference
Train new Team Members on approved training modules
Aid in member visit success rate.
