About The Position

Brannon Steel is seeking an experienced AZ Flatbed Driver for an afternoon shift position. The role involves Ontario runs and shunting between three Brampton locations. This is a full-time, permanent position with a base work schedule of Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm. Overtime is paid after 40 hours per week, and there are no weekend requirements. The company offers a competitive wage of $27 - $40 per hour based on experience.

Requirements

Valid AZ license with clean abstract.
Strong flatbed experience.
Heavy load securement and oversize load experience.
Able to operate automatic and manual transmission.
Able to safely move up / down trailers to secure & tarp loads.
Read / write / speak English at a conversational level.
Able to work Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11 pm.
Friendly, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

Maintain high standards for safety, quality and customer service.
Transport steel parts and plate up to 80,000 lbs using flatbed, van and slide trailers.
Ensure loads are properly secured.
Perform frequent tarping when required by weather conditions.
Perform vehicle inspections daily, report issues when required.
Complete all necessary documents, logs, and inspections.
Comply with the Highway Traffic Act and other applicable regulations.
Represent Brannon Steel in a friendly and professional manner.
