About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect to design enterprise-scale AWS architectures supporting modernization initiatives. This role involves defining cloud migration and transformation strategies, developing reference architectures, and leading architecture reviews. You will create secure cloud designs, partner with development teams on cloud-native solutions, and define multi-region and disaster recovery architectures. Additionally, you will establish Infrastructure as Code standards, drive container and Kubernetes adoption, and design API-first and event-driven integration patterns. Collaboration with Security and Risk teams is crucial for meeting governance requirements, and you will be responsible for optimizing cloud cost, performance, and reliability, as well as mentoring engineers and solution architects.

Requirements

  • 10+ years IT experience.
  • 5+ years AWS architecture experience.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale cloud platforms.
  • Experience with cloud migration programs.
  • Strong AWS networking, security, and compute expertise.
  • Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with microservices and API architectures.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
