About The Position

As a part of Product Engineering Services practice, we are looking for talented AWS Full Stack Developer to join us to contribute to practice initiatives and keep current in the latest technology developments in the Cloud and Product Engineering space. This role is responsible for end-to-end Solution Design, Proof of Concepts, and best practices to integrate applications with the larger ecosystem and Cloud/infrastructure technologies. The developer will serve as a Trusted Advisor and AI advocate, driving conversations with Business and IT stakeholders in technical and functional delivery aspects. They will troubleshoot key implementation issues, ensuring application optimization for performance and scalability. The role involves leading technical solutioning and delivery within scrum teams, providing technical guidance, and identifying technical debt or future improvement opportunities. Support for production releases and post-production incident resolutions is also expected. The developer will design, develop, test, and deploy Angular-based Web Apps and REST/JSON web services deployed on AWS Lambda, and AWS AppSync based GraphQL services, tackling design and functionality problems independently.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in AWS platform with expert proficiency in NodeJS and Typescript
• Excellent understanding and practical experience in AWS Serverless Framework
• Experience in AWS Services like - S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, IAM, Route53...
• Advanced knowledge in AppSync Queries
• Advanced knowledge in Microservices, Access Patterns and Establishing Contracts for Service Integrations
• Detailed understanding of API Gateway, Lambda Edge
• Experience in automating AWS Infrastructure with Terraform / Terra Grunt
• Experience in Unit Testing Frameworks and code coverage
• Experience with common development tools - GitHub/ Bitbucket, Sonar
• Experience with Deployment tools, CI/ CD Pipelines, Automated Deployments
• Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
• Experience with Data Modelling, DynamoDB Design Patterns and Creating Dynamo Triggers, Schema, Index, DB Streams

Nice To Haves

• 10+ yrs experience leading technical teams in implementing enterprise scale applications, providing technical design solutions, Proof of Concepts, and best practices to integrate the application with the larger ecosystem and Cloud/infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end Solution Design, Proof of Concepts, and best practices to integrate application with larger ecosystem and Cloud/infrastructure technologies
• Serve as a Trusted Advisor and AI advocate within the project, drive conversations with Business and IT stakeholders in technical and functional delivery aspects at a project level
• Troubleshoot key implementation issues and demonstrate the ability to drive to a successful resolution
• Automating AWS Infrastructure with Terraform / Terra Grunt
• Ensure application optimization for maximum performance and scalability.
• Lead the technical solutioning and delivery within the scrum team - Provide technical guidance to the scrum teams regarding development approach and help developers to troubleshoot / resolve issues to achieve Sprint goals.
• Identify technical debt / future improvement opportunities and propose design solutions
• Support production releases and post-production incident resolutions
• Design, develop, test & deploy Angular based Web App and REST/JSON web services deployed on AWS Lambda, AWS AppSync based GraphQL services.
• Tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight
