About The Position

Capgemini is seeking an AWS EKS Infra / DevOps Lead to drive the design, implementation, and management of scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices on AWS. This role requires strong expertise in EKS/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline development, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). As a DevOps Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud environments while guiding automation strategies and deployment processes. You will collaborate closely with development teams to build cloud-ready architectures, enhance system resilience, and implement DevOps best practices to accelerate delivery and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS.
  • Build, enhance, and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as: Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using: Terraform, Deployment Manager, Similar tools.
  • Configure and manage EKS/K8s clusters, containerized workloads (Docker), and related services.
  • Monitor system performance and reliability using: AWS-native tools (Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging), Alerting frameworks (e.g., New Relic).
  • Improve system scalability, fault tolerance, and resilience.
  • Maintain and improve security practices including: IAM, VPC configurations, Firewalls, Secrets management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment-related issues.
  • Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase delivery velocity.
  • Collaborate with development teams to create cloud-ready architectures following DevOps best practices.
