Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with AWS IoT Greengrass, Snowball Edge, or SageMaker Edge Manager for deploying and managing workloads at the tactical edge
- 3+ years of experience building packaged solutions that sync with AWS Cloud, including operating autonomously in tactical edge scenarios
- Experience with deploying optimized AI/ML models to edge devices, including quantization, pruning, and model telemetry at the edge, and implementing secure boot, artifact signing, and encryption at rest or in transit
- Experience with containerization technologies, micro-service network architecture, and CI/CD tools, including GitLab
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Knowledge of the broader ecosystem and technical environment of software programming
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SD-WAN, 5g/NextG, and satellite connectivity
- Experience with incorporating Software Bill of Materials (SBOM), vulnerability scanning, and compliance-as-code for secure deployments
- Experience orchestrating OTA updates and rollback strategies over constrained links
- Experience with AWS Outposts and hybrid architectures for tactical and disconnected environments
- Top Secret clearance

- Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
- The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
