About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team. The role involves designing and implementing infrastructure automation on AWS, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and automating environment provisioning and deployment processes. You will also be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure and middleware issues, collaborating with various teams, and maintaining documentation. A strong understanding of security, governance, and enterprise deployment standards is essential.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers
• Strong experience in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other CI/CD tools
• Good scripting knowledge in Python, Shell, or similar
• Good understanding of Linux or Unix systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Git-based source control and deployment workflows
• 4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, middleware, or DevOps automation
• Proven experience working with AWS, Terraform, in enterprise environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience in enterprise middleware automation projects
• Knowledge of WebSphere deployment, datasource setup, SSL, JVM tuning, and thread pool management
• Exposure to hybrid cloud or on-prem plus cloud environments
• Understanding of release management and production support processes
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure automation on AWS using Terraform
• Support CI/CD pipeline integration using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Automate environment provisioning, configuration changes, and deployment processes
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve infrastructure and middleware issues
• Collaborate with application, DevOps, release, and platform teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and enterprise deployment standards
