Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, VPC, IAM.
  • Experience designing and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
  • Proficiency using IaC tools such as AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform or Ansible to automate the provisioning of cloud resources.
  • Proficiency using source code control systems such as AWS CodeCommit, GitHub.
  • Programming skills in Python for data engineering, automation, and scripting to streamline workflows and infrastructure management.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and Snowflake.
  • Understanding of data governance, data security, and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to follow the guidance of the DevOps Lead and work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in designing scalable and robust cloud solutions.
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
