About The Position

Tri-Force Consulting Services is seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Consultant with 7+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and cloud security solutions. The role requires strong hands-on implementation skills, architecture experience, and the ability to lead complex IAM initiatives across public- and private-sector environments. The position is remote and has a stated duration of 12 months.

The consultant will work with OCI Identity and Access Management, including identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, federation, and access management. The role includes designing and implementing OCI IAM solutions, configuring policies and policy statements, enforcing least-privilege access, integrating enterprise identity providers, implementing SSO, and securing cloud resources. Experience with OCI architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure security, high availability, and multi-data-center deployments is desirable. The posting also describes experience with Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Kubernetes, and container-based IAM platforms, as well as identity lifecycle workflows and enterprise identity integrations.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and cloud security solutions.
• Strong hands-on implementation skills and architecture experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM), including identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, federation, and access management.
• Experience designing and implementing OCI IAM solutions and configuring IAM policies and policy statements.
• Experience enforcing least-privilege access, integrating enterprise identity providers, implementing SSO, and securing enterprise cloud resources.
• Expertise in SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML federation, LDAP authentication, and authorization.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with centralized IAM platforms.
• Experience implementing automated user provisioning and deprovisioning, birthright provisioning, identity lifecycle workflows, directory synchronization, and enterprise identity integrations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with OCI architecture, cloud migration, infrastructure security, high availability, and multi-data-center deployments.
• Knowledge of active-active architecture, high availability, disaster recovery, and production reliability.
