AWS Cloud Lead Developer - Sign-on/Relocation Bonus Available

About The Position

Will design, improve and implement containerization architecture (Kubernetes). Optimize management and orchestration tasks to support integration processing pipelines utilizing Kubernetes / Microservices. Will define strategy, design and implement multi-team/multi-branch development using AWS CodeCommit. Work with architects to translate user stories/business requirements int well-designed integration solutions. Will participate in technical design sessions and develop detailed technical solution documentation and SOPs. Provide detailed estimates for assigned tasks. Will work with Government staff to coordinate science products, algorithm development and science processing. Will support scientific processing, the creation of Delivered Algorithm Packages, and other research-to-operations efforts.

Requirements

BS or equivalent; min 7 yrs related exp
7+ years of relevant experience.
Deep knowledge and expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS Lambda and Python.
Experience with Elasticsearch, Kibana and Metricbeat.
U.S. citizen, a U.S. lawful permanent resident (i.e. green card holder)
