About The Position

We are seeking an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The role involves working across cloud architecture, infrastructure automation, and application deployment within the Cloud Practice.

Requirements

  • Core AWS Skills
  • Experience with key AWS services: Compute: EC2, Lambda
  • Storage: S3, EBS, Glacier
  • Database: RDS, DynamoDB
  • Networking: VPC, Route 53, Load Balancers

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable and secure AWS architectures
  • Deploy applications and infrastructure using AWS services
  • Select appropriate AWS services based on business requirements
  • Provision infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (CloudFormation, Terraform)
  • Automate deployments and operational processes
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Implement AWS security best practices (IAM, VPC, security groups, encryption)
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory policies
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to cloud infrastructure
  • Monitor systems using CloudWatch, AWS Config, CloudTrail
  • Optimize cost, performance, and scalability of cloud environments
  • Troubleshoot production issues and resolve system bottlenecks
  • Migrate on-premise applications to AWS cloud
  • Support application modernization (containerization, serverless)
  • Work on lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or cloud-native approaches
  • Work with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into cloud solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support
