The goal is to enable members to receive fast, accurate answers and resolutions without waiting, with the AI handling a wide range of common interactions end-to-end. For complex situations requiring human support, the AI will provide full context to ensure a seamless experience. The role requires building a well-documented, IaC-managed foundation to support future roadmap phases.
