About The Position

REM Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves supporting individuals with developmental goals, assisting with personal hygiene, and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience Intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred
• Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible behaviors
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit) and a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
