LPL is seeking a results-driven, adaptable Assistant Vice President to support Strategy & Business Management initiatives within the Service organization. In this role, you will partner closely with the Chief of Staff and senior leaders to drive high-impact initiatives and ensure the effective operation of key business management processes that keep the service function performing at its best. This individual will play a central role in improving the quality and efficiency of decision-making, tracking progress against key priorities, and ensuring execution against annual goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enables leadership to stay focused on the highest-impact priorities. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, balancing strong analytical thinking with sound judgment and a focus on execution.
