AVP - Sitecore & Agentic DXP Strategy
About The Position
We are looking for a visionary, growth-oriented senior leader to spearhead the Go-To-Market strategy, commercial growth, and innovation roadmap for our Sitecore, DXP, and Agentic Orchestration portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of modern Martech strategy, composable DXP architecture, and autonomous AI. You will be the primary catalyst for driving market adoption and defining how we position, package, and sell next-generation digital experiences. A massive focus of this role will be defining how we embed agentic orchestration (autonomous AI agents, automated workflow orchestration, and cognitive personalization) into enterprise Sitecore ecosystems. This role blends high-impact pre-sales engineering leadership, forward-looking solution strategy, and executive client advisory. You will work in lockstep with our Practice Leader, delivery organization, sales teams, and Sitecore alliance managers to win high-value opportunities and cement our position as a market leader.
