About The Position

Designs, implements, and oversees long-term strategic plans to drive profitable growth and customer retention in designated territories across multiple product lines. Develops and executes sales strategies to foster strong retail and wholesale relationships, effectively communicates HSB's value proposition, and delivers tailored support services to intermediaries. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to achieve objectives and serves as a subject matter expert, providing valuable market insights to inform internal projects and drive business success.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in sales/marketing, underwriting is preferred.
  • 12+ years in the insurance industry.
  • Experience working with senior management in developing tactical plans
