LPL Financial is seeking an experienced product marketing leader to shape the go-to-market strategy for Capital Partners, a portfolio of advisor solutions designed to help financial advisors grow, monetize, protect, and transition their businesses. As AVP, Product Marketing, you will serve as the strategic marketing lead for the business, translating advisor needs into compelling value propositions, building integrated marketing campaigns, and partnering closely with Sales to drive advisor engagement, solution adoption, and business growth. This role requires a balance of strategic leadership and hands-on execution across the full marketing lifecycle—from positioning and campaign development to optimization and performance measurement. You will collaborate with business leaders, Sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to deliver impactful advisor experiences, refine marketing strategies based on market insights and advisor needs, and drive measurable business results.
