About The Position

The Assistant Vice President (AVP), Product Manager for Business Management Reporting supports the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of business management and intelligence capabilities that provide institutions, advisors, and internal teams with actionable insights. This role contributes to the transformation of Business Management Reporting (BMR) into a unified, AI-enabled business management experience that supports firm growth, operational efficiency, and risk management. Business Management Reporting provides centralized dashboards, insights, and business management capabilities that help advisors, institutions, and financial professionals understand performance, identify opportunities, benchmark success against peers, and make informed business decisions. The AVP partners closely with Product Owners, Data, Technology, UX, and Business stakeholders to define product strategy, prioritize investments, and evolve business management and intelligence capabilities aligned to enterprise objectives. As Product Manager, this role is responsible for establishing product vision, defining and communicating roadmap priorities, developing business cases and investment recommendations, driving stakeholder alignment, delivering executive-level communications, and ensuring measurable business outcomes aligned to strategic objectives.

Requirements

Background in wealth management or data-intensive business environments.
7+ years of experience in product management within data, analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or enterprise platform environments.
3+ years of experience developing product strategy and roadmaps for business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or business management platforms.
3+ years of experience partnering with data engineering or data platform teams on data pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving technology, data, UX, and business stakeholders.
Strategic product leadership and business acumen

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders and leadership to define and execute the Business Management Reporting product vision, focusing on scalable business management capabilities, data-driven decision support, personalization, and AI-enabled insights.
Own and evolve the Business Management Reporting roadmap by identifying, evaluating, prioritizing, and sequencing initiatives that advance business management and intelligence capabilities for advisors, institutions, and internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps, investment rationales, and outcome-based business cases aligned to organizational priorities and long-term platform objectives.
Drive alignment across Product, Data Engineering, Data Governance and AI, Technology, UX, and Business teams to support effective roadmap execution.
Partner with data platform and engineering teams to ensure capabilities are supported by reliable data assets, governed information architecture, and scalable enterprise platforms.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities, intelligent automation, copilots, and generative technologies into business management experiences.
Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into roadmap initiatives, epics, and measurable outcomes.
Prioritize product investments by balancing business value, customer needs, market opportunities, technology strategy, and enterprise objectives.
Establish operating rhythms that promote transparency, prioritization, decision-making, and stakeholder alignment across dependent initiatives.
Participate in governance processes that support accountability, prioritization clarity, and cross-functional execution.
Monitor product adoption, business outcomes, customer feedback, and operational performance to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Develop product documentation, executive presentations, leadership communications, and governance materials that support strategic decision-making.
Present roadmap strategies, investment priorities, business outcomes, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
Advocate for the continued evolution of Business Management Reporting into a broader business management and intelligence platform.
