We’ve got an exciting opportunity – Associate Vice President (AVP), Personal Banking – to join our highly talented team. In this role, you’ll help shape and advance our personal banking strategy through strong leadership, innovative thinking, and a focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for our members. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Personal Banking, the AVP, Personal Banking is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the division. This includes driving financial results, leading retail banking strategies, and advancing initiatives that strengthen member experience, employee engagement, and operational effectiveness. Working in close partnership across the organization, you will help drive sustainable growth, build strong relationships, and ensure a consistent, high-quality member experience aligned with Coastal Community’s vision and strategic priorities.
