About The Position

This position will lead operational performance across assigned markets by overseeing client relationships, physician partnerships, financial performance, and service excellence initiatives. The role involves partnering with physician leadership in a dyad model to develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth, operational efficiency, and high-quality patient care. The AVP will manage practice financial performance through budgeting, productivity analysis, cost management, and data-driven operational improvements. Additionally, the role includes leading and developing Practice Directors and operational leaders while fostering accountability, collaboration, engagement, and professional growth. Building strong relationships with health system executives, physician leaders, and business development teams to support client satisfaction, physician engagement, and market expansion is also a key aspect of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of healthcare leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships, physician engagement, workforce planning, recruiting, and organizational change initiatives
  • Strong analytical, financial, and operational leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, virtual collaboration tools, and healthcare technology platforms
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • MBA preferred
  • Experience leading physician practices, healthcare operations, or multi-site healthcare services with responsibility for financial performance and operational excellence

Responsibilities
