About The Position

The Fixed Income Technology team is a dynamic and fast-paced group responsible for developing and maintaining the trading, pricing, and risk management systems that support the firm's industry-leading global Fixed Income business. We work directly with traders, quantitative analysts, and risk managers to deliver innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge in the market. Our mission is to build robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that are critical to the success of the business. We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Senior Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of sophisticated market data applications for the Fixed Income trading desk. The ideal candidate is a passionate technologist with a strong command of both front-end and back-end .NET development, comfortable working with complex financial data and demanding real-time requirements. You will play a key role in building the next generation of our market data platform, from the user interface down to the database.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a proven track record as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Strong proficiency in C# (.NET Core) is required.
  • Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) including schema design and query optimization.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
  • Proficiency with version control systems, primarily Git.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Tekton, Harness).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Python is a bonus.
  • Having coding experience in Java (Spring Boot) is a bonus.
  • Prior experience in Financial Services, particularly within Fixed Income (Bonds, Swaps, Futures, Options) or other capital markets domains.
  • Experience with developing and deploying applications on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with real-time messaging technologies like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Solace.
  • Experience with low-latency programming, multithreading, and performance optimization.
  • Strong believer in automated testing with experience in TDD/BDD practices.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and robust full-stack applications for Fixed Income trading, and risk management.
  • Create intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using modern web technologies (e.g., React, Angular) to visualize market data and workflows.
  • Develop resilient server-side logic, microservices, and APIs to handle trade processing, data management, and integration with various internal and external systems.
  • Work closely with traders, quants, and business analysts to gather requirements, understand complex financial workflows, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the overall vision and strategy for the technology platform.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Design and manage database schemas and write efficient queries for both SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Provide timely support for production applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.
  • Actively participate in an Agile development environment, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
